This Golf/Social event is played on Friday evenings beginning at 5pm. Our second event is Friday, July 30 followed by events on August 27 & September 24. The cost is $35 per couple plus applicable golf fees. It is open to LA Golf Members, Community Residents and Non-Residents.

Lake Arrowhead property owners have the opportunity to become Golf Members of Lake Arrowhead Yacht & Country Club and enjoy thirteen-day advance tee-times, unlimited use of the driving range, cart fee only golf at Lake Arrowhead, and HMS Golf Passport privileges. $119 Individual Dues | $159 Family Dues
We routinely inspect the properties in Lake Arrowhead. Inspecti ons help maintain the
overall appearance of your community and help maintain and promote property values at optimum levels. Lett ers are sent to Property Owners when violations are identified. Currently 82 percent of the Owners correct the problem
after receiving the first letter.
Recently the most common violation of the covenants is trailers of all sizes, landscape trailers, boat trailers, and work trailers, parked in property owner's yards. Article Six, Secti on 13 states:
"No mobile home, motor home, truck camper, trailer of any kind, or boat shall be kept, placed, stored or maintained on any lot..."

The first Rides of LA event, July 30, in Great Festival Park was organized by Lee Dunn
and showcased 32 "Rides" registered and in att endance for the event. Well over 100
ballots were cast for the People's Choice Award in VERY CLOSE competition. 21 diff erent RIDES received votes! Lake Arrowhead residents, motorheads and friends turned out to view a wide variety of 'Rides" including Tuck Middlebrook's 1983 Honda Magna Motorcycle, Tony Rogowski's 1950 Chevy 3100, Steve Nichols' 2006 Junkyard Customs show motorcycle, Cliff Will's 1996 Mazda Miata with 273,000 miles, Clarence Lieb's 1940 Ford, and LAVFD's fi re truck. Look for the next Rides of LA Saturday, October 30, 2010. There is a rumor a '57 Jaguar XK140 will be entered in the show.

"SOAPBOX" (PUDDLE DUCK) SAILBOATS
They're simple and fairly inexpensive to construct and provide hours of fun for your friends and family. The Lake Arrowhead Boat House would like to start an annual Puddle Duck Regatta, and eventually go on to compete against the other communities in the area that also host Puddle Duck competitions. BUT we need to know if there is any interest first. If so, please contact our Activities Director, Chesley Davis,

POKER HAND REGATTA
Due to inclement weather, our poker hand regatta will be rescheduled to Sunday, the 26th of September starting at 2pm. In order to participate, you must register by Friday, September 24th. There is a $5 registration fee to build the pot.
PONTOON BOAT RENTAL COUPON BOOK
This coupon book contains three two-hour coupons for pontoon boat rental. Purchase three coupons for the price of two. This special discount gives you six rental hours for the price of four. You may use your rental time in increments as small as two hours and stretch the time out over the course of one year.

All exterior work must be approved by the Lake Arrowhead Architectural Committee which meets Wednesday mornings. Forms are available in the Membership Office or online at www.lakearrowheadclub.net. Please provide

PROPANE TANK FENCING
Propane tanks in Lake Arrowhead must be fenced or buried underground. In Phase II tanks must be buried, without excepti on. New fence design guidelines are available to help property owners construct fencing around the propane tank. You may download the design guidelines at www.lakearrowheadclub.net.
BOAT DECALS Boat decals can be picked up from the Main Office, located upstairs from the Pro Shop or at the South Gate. Boat Registration Form must be completed and proof of insurance provided before decals will be issued. All accounts must be in good standing.
2010 BOAT REGISTRATION FEES
Non Motorized $20, Motorized $50, Trailer $20
Impromptu Lake patrols will begin in April to identify those boats not yet registered for 2010. Boats identified without 2010 decals are in violation and will be subject to removal from the lake.
RESIDENT GUESTS All resident guests (renters) must submit a copy of the lease to the membership office and pay a guest fee of $25 to receive ID cards.
