Lake Arrowhead is a joint venture of the Purcell Company, Inc. of Diamondhead, Mississippi and The Johnson Development Company Georgia, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Johnson Development Corp headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Johnson Development’s goal is to take Lake Arrowhead to a new height in master-planned communities.
The Johnson Development team is not new to Atlanta.
