The new golf clubhouse will be an exciting companion to the new Lake Arrowhead course. Rendered in the charming Adirondack style and crafted in rich textures of wood and stone, the facility is the design of Caldwell/Cline Architects of Marietta, GA. Caldwell/Cline has designed numerous golf clubhouse facilities throughout Georgia and the Southeast. The new clubhouse, with dimensions over 10,000+-
square feet on one level, will feature a well-stocked PGA Pro Shop, complete men’s and women’s locker room accommodations, an inviting formal dining room, and adjoining grill featuring outstanding cuisine from lighter fare to full course dinners. A lovely outdoor terrace will also offer alfresco dining with magnificent views of the valley and the mountains beyond. The new clubhouse is scheduled to open in Spring 2009.
