“My wife Barbara, and I, had been looking around for a couple of years for property to purchase and we kept coming back to LA. Lake Arrowhead had everything we love – great golf course, clubhouse with fabulous dining, walking trails, boating/fishing. We still had a house in Kennesaw and a condo in Alabama that we needed to sell. During one of our visits, we saw a house being built in Lake Arrowhead that we really liked, but the agent informed us that it was already sold. A couple of weeks later we received a call from Tammy, the agent, saying that the sale had terminated and the house was available for sale once again. After we got off the phone, Barbara said to me, “make it happen!” I was shocked as she had never in our many years of marriage ever said anything like that to me before. We purchased the house and, after a short time, sold our condo, thinking that we would use the house in Lake Arrowhead as our second home. We spent a couple of weekends there and decided that Lake Arrowhead was where we wanted to spend allof our time. We just sold our home in Kennesaw and now live full-time in our beautiful home on the golf course and Barbara and I are thankful every day that we were able to ‘make it happen’...at Lake Arrowhead!”
