Steve brings a fresh analytical approach along with an extensive background in the development of master planned communities and destination resorts, including Newland Communities and Grand Cypress Development Corporation.   Steve is joined by Homebuilding Veteran and Georgia Native Matt Wilkes. Matt graduated from the University of Georgia and began his career in homebuilding with a well respected custom home builder who happened to be his father.  Matt  earned a place in the Preferred Builder Programs of the renowned Cousins Properties’ master planned community developments.
