Yes — boating is one of the most popular activities at Lake Arrowhead. All boats must be under 26 feet and registered annually. Four-stroke and direct-injection two-stroke engines are permitted. Jet skis and wave runners are not allowed. The marina offers boat rentals and launches.
Lake Arrowhead is home to several species of bass, catfish, bream, walleye, and crappie. All watercraft must be registered. An annual fishing tournament is organized by the local Arrow Prop Busters fishing club.

Pricing varies by neighborhood and home type — Woodlands ranch homes start from the mid $400s, Waterview Townhomes and Fort Gibson ranch homes from the low $500s, and Timber Ridge luxury homes from the low $600s to the $800s. All homes sold through the Lake Arrowhead sales office are new construction, built by award-winning veteran Georgia builders, including Majestic Lifestyle Builders, Rezide Properties, TIH Homes, and JW Collection.
Yes — resale homes are available, though they are not listed through the Lake Arrowhead sales and information center. Community covenants allow a uniform neighborhood resale sign on properties, so we recommend working with a local realtor familiar with the community to find resale listings.

FEES & POA
Yes. Annual Yacht & Country Club assessments are $2,700 for homes and $1,584 for homesites, covering common area maintenance, 24-hour guard-gated access, and full amenity access. Golf Play is available for all property owners at published rates. Assessements/Rates are subject to change without notice. Please inquire about current assessments/fees.
While both manage shared community spaces, an HOA (Homeowners Association) focuses tightly on regulating specific residential neighborhoods (like enforcing paint colors or lawn maintenance). A POA (Property Owners Association) like Lake Arrowhead covers a broader, often mixed-use territory, focusing on large-scale infrastructure and shared amenities rather than individual property aesthetics
